Facilitation and Partnership Development

From a beginning with the Merseyside Pathways Partnership programme in 1996 a skill set has been built up in helping local people and groups set up their own partnership bodies.  Work on this continued throughout the following decade facilitating partnership development across the UK and the EU. Leadership of the highly successful IDELE project sponsored by the European Commission significantly increased the range of expertise.  The project was dedicated to capturing and sharing best practice in partnership creation and management across Europe (Insert IDELE into Google).  As local development has re-emerged on the policy agenda this back ground can bring to clients a mature understanding of what acting locally means.
